Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #16: <br /> <br />Request to Rezone Property from B-1 Business and R-3U Residential to MR, <br />Multiple Residential; Case of Lord of Life Church <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that Lord of Life has submitted an application to rezone <br />certain property located between T.H. #47 and CSAH from B-1 Business and R~3U Residential <br />to Multiple Residential. The rezoning would allow the applicant to construct two 47-unit senior <br />apartment buildings. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Resolution <br />#01-10-400 adopting Findings of Fact #0582 relating to a request to rezone land owned by Lord <br />of Life Church from B-1 Business and R-3U Residential to MR, Multiple Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to introduce an <br />ordinance to rezone land owned by Lord of Life Church from B-1 Business and R-3U <br />Residential to MR, Multiple Residential, based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #17: Report from Finance Committee <br /> <br />The Finance Committee met on October 23, 2001 to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Renewal of Agreement with T.C. Fields as Agent of Record and Rate Increase <br />Proposal for T.C. Field & Company, City's Insurance Service Agent Company <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council renew the agreement with <br />T.C. Fields attthorized a rate of $3,500. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Residential Curbside Recycling Contract <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council authorize entering into a <br />three-year contract with ACE Solid Waste at the $1.87 rate. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
