10]NOTICE OF PUI~LIC HEARING' ON ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 9 WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 CITY OF RAMSFY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA - NOTICE iS HEREBY GIVEN that the City CounciJ (the "Council") of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 23, }2001, at 7:00 p.m., at Fire Station No. 2, 1.5050 Armstrong Roulevard Northwest, in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1, and the proposed estab- lishment of Tax Increment E nanc ng Oistrict No. 9 and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor, within Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174 through 469.179, inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Tax Increment Finandng Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall. The property proposed to be included in the Tax Increment Financing District No. 9 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Administrator. A map of Development District No. 1, and Tax Increment Financing District No. 9 is set forth below: - All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
