Cotmcilmember Hendriksen stated that the reason he had asked is that he had heard that Anoka County is pushing for a more easterly location and the five-year improvement plan also shows the easterly location. He inquired as to why the City of Ramsey should be holding section 28 if that was the case. City Engineer Olson replied that several locations are being considered. CITIZEN INPUT There was none. APPROVE AGENDA City Administrator Norman added an item #4 to Case #11. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None. CONSENT AGENDA Councihnember Anderson noted that in the first paragraph on page 17 of the City Council September 11, 2001 minutes, the last sentence should read "Do you now favor...", instead of "Do you know favor...". She also requested that that sentence be added to the final paragraph on page 17. Councilmember Anderson pulled Consent Agenda item #10 and read the Statement of Support to the Victims of the September 11, 2001 Tragedy and acknowledgement of the efforts of the Rescuers. Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Resolution #01-10-373 Statement of Support to the victims of the September 11, 2001 tragedy and acknowledgement of the efforts of the rescuers. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Kurak, Hendriksen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to approve the following items on the Consent Agenda. 1) Receive Report of Pooled Cash Flows Period Ended September 30, 2001 City Council/October 9, 2001 Page 3 of 24
