is a standard ten-foot wide drainage and utility easement on the common property line between <br />the two lots. The City should not issue building permits over drainage and utility easements and <br />a vacation of the easement is necessary. There are no utilities existing in the easement to be <br />vacated. The subdivision of Orchard Hills included a <br />portion of Rademacher Addition and required a replat of the area. This previously platted parcel <br />in Rademacher Addition contained the standard drainage and utility easements around the <br /> <br />City Council/October 9, 2001 <br /> Page 5 of 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
