Councilmember Hendriksen replied that if he were not a Couneilmember he would not receive an <br />agenda. He felt that he should receive a document as it pertains to him as a resident. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to direct staff to send a <br />registered letter to Mr. Hendriksen notifying him of when the issue will be discussed by the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson, and <br />Kurak. Voting No: None. Not Voting: Councilmember Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion to by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 8:01 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:01 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilrnember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #01-09-344 Adopting assessments for past-due charges on Municipal Utility Bills <br />(which may include water, sewer, street, lighting, recycling, storm water charges, and penalties <br />incurred) and current services rendered. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen wanted to make sure that his name had been <br />removed from the list. City Administrator Norman replied that his name had been removed <br />during the prior motion. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, Kurak, <br />and Zimmerman.
