Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that Greg Teigen and Troy Carlson, known as Mansetti's- <br />Rarnsey, Inc. have properly applied for a wine and 3.2 beer on-sale and Sunday liquor license, at <br />6415 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. Police Chief Oustafson has cornpleted the background <br />investigation. Staff has notified the applicant that an insurance certificate has not yet been <br />received and that staff would be asking the Council to approve the liquor license, contingent <br />upon receipt of that certificate. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmernber Kurak, seconded by Councilmernber Zimmerman, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garnec, Councilmernbers Kurak, Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 8:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Garnec called the regular City Council rneeting back to order at 8:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilrnember Anderson inquired if there would be anyone selling pull-tabs on the site. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund replied no. <br /> <br />Councilmernber Anderson inquired if the permit that is granted to them would rule them out of <br />selling pull-tabs. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lurid replied yes. <br /> <br />Motion by Conncilrnernber Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve an <br />on-sale and Sunday wine and beer license application for Mansetti's-Ramsey, Inc., d/b/a <br />Mansetti's, contingent upon receiving insurance information. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
