Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to table <br />action pending City Attorney review. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Kurak inquired if tabling action would get the City into any <br />trouble with the agreement they made with ACCAP. City Attorney Goodrich replied that he did <br />not think so. Mayor Gamec recommended amending the original motion to be contingent upon <br />review by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Hendriksen and Zimmerman. Voting No: Mayor <br />Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson and Kurak. <br /> <br />Motion was amended to be subject to the City Attorney review that the document is consistent <br />with the settlement agreement between the City of Ramsey and ACCAP. <br /> <br />Motion carried as amended.
