2) <br /> <br />Consider Ending Probationary Period of Fire Code Enforcement/Building Inspector <br />The Personnel Committee recommended the City Council adopt Resolution #01-09-367 <br />ending probationary period for Fire Code Enforcement/Building Inspector Jerry Streich <br />and granting him the status of regular full-time employee effective September 19, 2001. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Consider Ending Probationary Period of Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #01-09- <br />368 ending probationary period for Public Works Maintenance Worker Tim Gladhill and <br />granting him the status of regular full-time employee effective September 28, 2001. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Authorize Hiring of Records Retention Clerk <br />The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council authorize the hiring of <br />Troy Hildebrant for the full-time position of Clerk II contingent on successful completion <br />of background checks and an employment physical and drug screen. Mr. Hildebrant <br />would have a starting salary of $29,110 and serve a six-month probationary period. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, Kurak, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberZimmerman.. <br /> <br />Case #13: Report from the Finance Committee <br /> <br />The Finance Committee met on September 25, 2001, to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />Award Bids for Rivers Bend and Solstice Park's Irrigation Projects <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council award the Solstice Park and <br />Rivers Bend Park irrigation projects to Anderson Irrigation for $13,690 and to Anderson <br />Irrigation for $31,400 respectfully.
