Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:07 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Presentation to the Public Works Staff <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented the Crowd Pleasers award to the Public Works Department for their <br />parade entry. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler stated that this was the third year for the Happy Days <br />celebration and the Public Works group has put a lot of time and effort into the event. He <br />requested that the Mayor present the plaque to Lee Holtum. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented the plaque to Mr. Hollum. <br /> <br />Mr. Hollurn thanked everyone at Public Works for their help on creating the float. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked everyone who helped out with the Happy Days event. <br /> <br />City Council/September 25, 2001 <br /> Page 3 of 31 <br /> <br /> <br />
