h. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />The developer must notify potential purchasers of cluster lots of <br />the possibility of future development on the remainder of the. <br />'parcel. The notice must include a statement to this effect and <br />include a copy of the Urban Development Plan required under (c) <br />of this section. A copy of this notice shall-be delivered to the City. <br /> <br />The developer shall obtain a signed acknowledgement from the <br />purchaser stating that the purchaser has reviewed the future <br />development notice, and understands that the remnant parcel may <br />be developed in the future. <br /> <br />No development of the outlots can occur until City sewer and <br />.water available to the property. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. General R-1 Residential Performance Standards. <br /> <br /> a. Fences~ <br /> I. Height. Fencing or Walls (except retaining wails) located <br /> in the required front yard setback shall not exceed four <br /> (4) feet in height except for %mamental fences" as <br /> defined in Section 9.02 (Definitions) of this chapter. <br /> Fencing or wails located in the side or rear yard shall not <br /> exceed eight (8) feet in height.
