c) <br /> <br />ii, <br /> <br />111. <br /> <br />Fences may be constructed of <br />barbless wire or have the capability <br />to carry an electric charge to <br />accommodate ag-ricultural activities <br />and the raising of livestock and <br />animals as defined by City Code <br />Section 5.09. Lots of record as of <br />July 1, 2002, within the M-USA that <br />are currently used for ag'r/cultural <br />activities or the raisin'g of livestock <br />and animals also qualify under this <br />provision. <br />Electric fences must be set back a <br />minimum of three (3) feet from <br />property lines and must be posted as <br />being electric. <br />A sketch drawing shall be submitted <br />to the City showing the proposed <br />location of an electric fence. <br /> <br />Fence framing must face inward on the fence <br />owner's lot. <br /> <br />Location.
