Thc existing storm sewer runs diagonally across the property which limits its <br />development potential. It is proposed that this storm sewer be realigned as suggested on <br />thc attached sketch. The cost of this work, including the removal of the existing sewer is <br />estimated to be approximately $50,000. It is proposed that funds for this project would <br />COllie fronl Tax Increment Financing (TIF). <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Start' recommends that the Public Works Cmmnittee recommend to the City Council that <br />plans and spccifications be ordered for these projects with funding for Projects 1 & 2 <br />fi-om the Storm Water Utility and Project 3 from TI~'. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to rcconnnend that the City Council direct that plans and specifications be <br />ordered for these projects as the 2005 Storm Sewer Improvement Project with funding for <br />Projects I & 2 from the Storm Water Utility and Project 3 from TIF. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br />Public Works Director/Fire Chief <br />Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer <br />Public Works Street Supervisor <br />TIF Specialist <br /> <br />PW: 06/21/05 <br /> <br /> <br />
