Voting No: Councilmember Hendriksen and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Exceed Accessory Structure Space <br />Restrictions; Case of Charles Lind <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City Council met on August 28, 2001 to <br />review Mr. Lind's conditional use permit request. At the City Council meeting, the City Council <br />adopted findings of fact favorable to the applicant and directed staff to draft a conditional use <br />permit approving Mr. Lind's request to exceed accessory structure square footage requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve Mr. Lind's request for <br />a conditional use permit to exceed the amount of accessory structure space allowed on the <br />property based on the findings of fact and adopt Resolution #01-09-330 declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman.
