City Attorney Goodrich replied that the Council could authorize up to $50,800 for engineering <br />fees on the project, but that no further expenditures are to be spent on the project until the TIF <br />district is created and if it is determined by the City Attorney and City Administrator that funds <br />could not be reimbursed for the engineering funds they will not go forward. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to authorize up to <br />$50,800 for engineering fees, but that no further expenditures are to be spent on the project until <br />the TIF District is created and if it is determined by the City Attorney and City Administrator <br />that funds could not be reimbursed for the engineering funds staff will not go forward. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
