Tentative Reopening Schedule for the Ramsey License Center. The Anoka County License Center in Ramsey, 7550 Sunwood Dr. NW, Ste. A., is currently closed due to staffing shortages related to COVID-19. This location is tentatively scheduled to reopen March 1, 2021. Prior to March 1, the situation at the Ramsey License Center will be reevaluated to determine if appointment -only hours can be added back at that time. This includes an opportunity to view the virtual meeting from Ramsey City Hall.
