For project- <br />specific replacement a financial assurance per MN Rule 8420.0522, Subp. 9 and evidence that all required forms have been recorded on <br />the title of the property on which the replacement wetland is located must be provided to the LGU for the approval to be valid. <br />1 <br />LGU Findings – Attach document(s) and/or insert narrative providing the basis for the LGU decision. <br />Attachment(s) (specify): site maps <br />Summary: <br />On behalf of Capstone Homes, Kjolhaug Environmental submitted a wetland delineation report and joint <br />application form requesting concurrence with a no-wetland determination for the Pearson Farm South site <br />located in the City of Ramsey (Section 30, Township 32N, Range 25W) within Anoka County. <br />The report included a Level II site wetland delineation and a Level I off site aerial imagery review to assess <br />wetland hydrology in agricultural cropland.
