The Commission also recommended that an east-west easement be obtained to provide for a trail connection to the east. There is a large wetland on the eastern side ofthe plat that makes such a connection difficult. Staff will be asking the City Council to consider this recommendation. As a result of the Park Commission meeting, the City Council authorized staff to begin the design process to construct a below-grade crossing of Highway 47 at the northern portion of your plat. Staff will be working with you to coordinate grading and other site work with this project. Sewer and Water Trunk Fee: The Developer and the City will need to enter into an agreement addressing the financing of the sewer and water extension to this development. Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for all new lots being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior to the City's release o1" the final plat for recording. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other regulatory agencies. The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at the Ramsey Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for preliminary plat review. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions that may arise.
