Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the proposed ordinance at <br />their April 21, 2005 meeting. The Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />On April 26, 2005, the City Council tabled action on the proposed ordinance until a work <br />session could be held to discuss the matter in further detail. At the May 31, 2005 work <br />session, the Council discussed the proposed ordinance in detail and generally felt that it <br />was acceptable as long as it just applied to the Ramsey Town Center. On June 14, 2005, <br />the City Council introduced the ordinance. <br /> <br />The ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />City Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve Ordinance #05-__ amending driveway length and front yard setback <br />regulations in the Town Center Zoning District. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Assistant Community Development Director/HRA Director <br /> <br />CC: 06/28/05 <br /> <br />-382- <br /> <br /> <br />
