Based on our understanding, the proposed improvements consist of a 100 <br />foot long pedestrian underpass 10 ft high by t4 fi wide. The underpass will-include headwalls, <br />railing, and lighting by Connexus Energy. As requested, the proposed project will include the <br />plans and specifications, surveying, project management, construction staking and observation. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are confident we <br />can provide high quality services at competitive prices.
