and reporting purposes, the LRRWMO cross-references all activities in the implementation plan to <br />applicable LRRWMO goals (see Table 4-1). <br />The LRRWMO implementation plan includes the continuation of ongoing activities as well as new <br />activities to address emerging issues and changing priorities. Activities included in Table 5-1 are <br />categorized as: <br />• Administration <br />• Engineering, Permitting, and Planning <br />• Education Programs <br />• Monitoring Programs <br />• Projects and Capital Improvements <br />A significant portion of the LRRWMO resources are invested in the continued implementation of the <br />LRRWMO project review permitting programs (see Section 5.3.2.1). The LRRWMO stormwater <br />performance standards (see Appendix E) have contributed to pollutant reductions of 175 Ibs/year of total <br />phosphorus and 18 tons of sediment per year through over 40 LRRWMO-reviewed projects reviewed in <br />2019 and 2020. <br />The 10-year implementation schedule (Table 5-1) includes planned capital improvements planned in <br />cooperated with Anoka Conservation District (ACD) and funded by anticipated watershed -based <br />implementation funding (WBIF). <br />Section 5 describes the funding mechanisms used and available to the LRRWMO, self -assessment and <br />reporting practices, and procedures for amending this Plan. Section 5 also details requirements for City <br />local water management plans consistent with Minnesota Statutes 1036.235 and Minnesota Rules <br />8410.0160. <br />ES-4 <br />
