Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />I) '05 Objectives & Work Plan <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson disseminated the new objectives and work plan. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated this information is basically for Council review. He explained <br />the key (i.e. strikethroughs, italics, etc.) He pointed out that this is an in-house document that <br />staff uses. He requested Council look it over and get back to staff with any questions. <br /> <br />Councihncmber Strommen inquired if this was done in coordination with the Carl Neu session to <br />which Mr. Norman replied no, it was done before.
