Holidays, when approved, shall be selected on the basis of seniority up until (10) days <br />prior to the requested day off. Thereafter, holidays when approved, will be granted on <br />a first -come first -served basis. <br />ARTICLE 8: DISCIPLINE <br />8.1 The Employer will discipline Employees for just cause only.
