e) Authorized leave time; and <br />0 Authorized compensatory time off <br />9.2 Nothing contained in this or any other ARTICLE shall be interpreted to be a guarantee <br />of a minimum or maximum number of hours the Employer may assign Employees. <br />9.3 Employees are scheduled to work over 2080 hours during the year. Because of this, the <br />employee will earn "Kelly Time" at the rate of 4 hours per pay period. Employees will <br />not be allowed to take any time off that they have not yet earned, other than the last pay <br />period of the year. Employees will be able to bank up to: a total of 48 hours.
