499 g. Wireless communication towers. Wireless communication towers require a conditional or <br />500 interim use permit and are subject to the following design standards: <br />501 (1) The applicant must demonstrate that functional coverage cannot be provided through co- <br />502 location, a tower at a lower height, or a tower at a location outside of the MRCCA; <br />503 (2) The tower must not be located in a bluff or shore impact zone; and <br />504 (3) Placement of the tower must minimize impacts on public river corridor views. <br />505 (4) Comply with the general design standards in Section 117-148(h)2 (General design standards). <br />506 (f) STRUCTURE HEIGHT AND PLACEMENT AND LOT SIZE <br />507 1. Purpose. To establish standards that protect primary conservation areas and public river corridor views <br />508 from development impacts and ensure that new development is sited consistent with the purpose of the <br />509 MRCCA. <br />510 2. Structure height. Structures and facilities must comply with the following standards unless identified as <br />511 exempt in Section 117-148(I) (Exemptions). <br />512 a.
