As we are proposing this work to be billed as a not -to -exceed format, if we can design the <br />project and perform our proposed construction phase services within the restraints - avoiding conflicts, <br />mitigation and with minimal right-of-way impacts - the estimated budget will not be fully utilized. <br />SUMMARY <br />Thank you for considering our proposal.
