This PUD would allow for the <br />detached townhomes and setback variances in the proposed development. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt Resolution <br />#05-06-169A adopting Findings of Fact #0721A to rezone certain property from R-1 Single <br />Family Residential to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
