Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8751 162ND LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br /># AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERIVlIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-07- <br />Findings of Fact #~ for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On'July 26, 2005 an Interim 'Us'e Permit ("Permit:') Was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Paul '& Catherine Sills ("Permit Holder") to operate a graphic equipment and supplies business in <br />a detached accessory building located on the property generally known as 8751 162nd Lane NW <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, North Fork Oaks 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 Of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for a graphic .equipment and supplies business to operate <br />within a detached accessory building that is located on the Subject Property for five (5) <br />years and shall terminate on July 26, 2010. <br /> <br />2. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. <br /> <br />That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or 16 trips within a 24-hour period, and vehicular traffic <br />trips include deliveries, and customer and employee trips. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder may utilize a two Square foot (1 foot by 2 feet) window sign on <br />the door of the accessory building. <br /> <br />That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory structure located <br />on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br /> <br />
