That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder subdivide the Subject Property, to <br />create a situation that results in the detached accessory structure being located on a <br />separate parcel from the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 (Off-Street Parking) of City <br />Code. <br /> <br />That there shall be no more than one (1) non-resident employee, whether they are <br />temporary, part-time, or full-time employees, at any given time. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City CoUncil may authorize.continuation <br />ok' the Permit without further.hearing. : <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maiiat;aining ~y applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to. inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion ibr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />aad the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the ['ollowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared du!.y passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26"~ day of July, 2005. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> <br />
