Anoka County License Center. The City of Ramsey has a contract with Anoka County to rent space at City Hall for licensing services. The Anoka County License Center in Ramsey is closed until further notice due to staffing shortages related to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, City Hall remains staffed and open for City business.
