Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFICIAL LAND AND PLAT SURVEY FOR THE <br /> TROTT BROOK CEMETERY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City contracted with Hakanson Anderson to update the Trott Brook <br />Cemetery Land and Plat Survey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,.Hakanson Anderson's survey crew located the grave markers, trees, and <br />other topographic features within the cemetery; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Braun Intertec assisted Hakanson Anderson by utilizing ground-penetrating <br />radar to determine accurate burial locations. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes accepting Official Land <br /> and Plat Survey for the Trott Brook Cemetery. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of July 2005. <br /> <br />-214- <br /> <br /> <br />
