Board Member Brauer stated it would be in the developer's interest to save those trees, as they <br />can be used toward the landscaping requirements and density transitioning. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik noted if the grading and drainage plan <br />requires removal of the trees, the developer may not be able to keep them. <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer advised that these types of issues would be heard in future steps of the <br />process, ·whether or not the variance is approved tonight. <br /> <br />Mrs. Perry stated it is disturbing to her that there can be-i~i~ie, fgmiily-homes and multi-family <br />homes so close together.
