Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 05-23, EBONY <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the city council on May 24, 2005 the <br />City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the above project; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br /> and; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the fOregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember., <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />-278- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-08-177 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
