The <br />amphitheater/pedestrian bridge work will require a documentation of the bidding process. <br />The city attorney has not yet rendered an opinion on the phases of this contract that can be <br />included in the Metropolitan Council Grant. <br /> <br />A master coordinate system with marker discs and a map has'been established for the Ramsey <br />Town Center Project. All coordinate systems on plans submitted must be aligned with the <br />master coordinate system and the notes must be included on the plan regarding this system. <br />Ties to the established system must be included in the plan set. Detail number and page <br />references need to be updated throughoUt the plan set. <br /> <br />The following comments generally are grouped around specific pages and are in order. <br /> <br />All 6'wide bituminous paths referenced on the plan must be replaced with 8 foot wide paths. <br /> <br />The existing condition plans do not reflect the grading that has occurred in the proposed <br />ponding areas. <br /> <br />The shaded area on the erosion control plans must be labeled. Silt fence must be installed <br />near the toe of the slopes down to the pond after grading and must remain in place 'until <br />vegetation is established. The intent is to reduce the amount of erosion onto the pond liner <br />during vegetation establishment. <br /> <br />-301- <br /> <br /> <br />
