Council Action: <br /> <br />Based on the recommendation of the Finance Committee to authorize the adoption of <br />Resolution #05-07-XXX approving the extension of the Ramsey TH 10 Project contract <br />with The Tinklenberg Group with the amendment that their monthly fee will be based on <br />actual billable time and not the $6,000 per month retainer as stated with funding to be <br />obtained from the 2005 budget of Community Development in the amount of $28,000, <br />2005 Council Contingency Fund transfer to the budget of Community Development in an <br />amount not to exceed $20,000 and those expenses attributed to 2006 to be expensed to <br />the 2006 proposed budget of Community Development. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />FC: I}7/12/05 <br /> <br /> <br />
