Presentation Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition on April 12, 2005. The 3~a Addition is a re-plat of portions of the lst and 2"a Additions of Town Center Gardens, which included the standard drainage and utility easements. These easements must now be vacated to allow for the recording of Town Center Gardens 3ra Addition, which includes new drainage and utility casements. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and Strommen. VotingNo: None. Absent: CouncilmemberJeffrey. Thc public hearing was closed at 7:15 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamcc called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:15 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to introduce an ordinance to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and Strommcn. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. Case #2: Public Hearing (Continuation): On Improvement Project #05-24: Street Grading and Paving of Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road South of 160~h Lane Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:15 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. Public Ilearing Mayor (;amec called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. Presentation City Engineer Jankowski reviewed that the public hearing for this project was opened on March 22, 2005.
