9.26.03 <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />Establishing wetland regulations that are coordinated with flood plain, <br />shoreland protection regulations and stormwater management; <br /> <br />Requiring sound management practices to protect, maintain, and <br />improve the quality of wetlands within the community; <br /> <br />f. Adhering to standards established in the WCA as permitted and <br /> enforced by the Lower Rum River i~ater Management Organization <br /> (LRRWMO), which is the Local Go~ng ~t (LGU); <br /> <br />g. Obtaining protective easem,enTM ~ve~:,~~'fee title to wetlands as <br /> appropriate; and, <br /> <br />h. Developing and <br />numerous benefits and <br />effects of improperly on <br /> <br />General Provisions. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Id <br /> <br />This Section shall'i apply <br />within the <br />be subject - to <br />restrictions <br />State, and CitY <br /> <br /> wetlands and land <br /> herein. All delineations must be approved by the <br />LGU. Wetland delineations supplied by applicants shall be certified <br />by a qualified wetland delineator. Wetland delineators must satisfy <br />any certification requirements that may be established by the U.S. <br />Army Corps of Engineers or the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil <br />Resources. <br /> <br />The absence of a wetland on the national wetland inventory map does <br />not represent a definitive determination as to whether a wetland <br />covered by this Section is or is not present. Wetlands that are <br />identified during site specific delineation activities but do not appear <br />on the national wetland inventory map are still subject to the <br />provisions of this Section. <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
