p .L Anyem lo'lyee participating in the program will partake in semi-annual fitness testing. <br />18.4 � i i <br />The standards for testing will be set by the fitness coordinator and approved by the <br />Chief of Police} All participants will adhere to the department Physical Fitness <br />Progiam policy and testing standards. <br />ARTICLE 19: INSURANCE <br />19.1 The EMPLOYER shall contribute to EMPLOYEE health and life insurance as stated <br />in the attached Memorandum of Understanding. • <br />The EMPLOYER,effective January 1, 2018, agrees to contribute the dollar value. <br />19.2 established equivalent to the cost of the monthly employee only dental premiumas estab sed by <br />the EMPLOYER. In the event any provision of this Agreement shall be held contrary <br />y <br />to law by a court of competent jurisdiction from whose final judgment or decree no <br />appeal has been taken within the time provided, such provisions shall be voided.
