18.E EMPLOYEE will contribute the following amounts of gross pay to the EMPLOYEE'S <br />individual Post Bmployment Health Care Savings Account (HCSP): <br />2% of gross pay to HCSP until 5 years prior to normal retirement age (55), at which <br />time ongoing contributions will be 4% of salary, <br />18.5 EMPLOYER will pay POST license fees for all licensed Captains. <br />18,6 EMPLOYER will reimburse EMPLOYEE for annual Minnesota Police and Peace <br />Officers Association and Legal Defense fund in the atnountof$204OO per year. <br />ARTICLEI9: WATVEE. <br />19,1 Any and all prior agreements, reso1utions practices, policies, rules and regulations <br />regarding terms and conditions of employment to the extent inconsistent with the <br />provisions of this Agreement are hereby superseded, <br />192 The parties mutually acknowledge that dozing the negotiations which resulted in this <br />Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and <br />proposals with respect to any term or condition of employment not removed by law <br />from bargaining All agreements and understandings arrived at by the parties are set <br />forth an writing in this Agreement for the stipulated duration of this Agreement, The <br />EMPLOYER and LELS each voluntarily and unqualifiedlywaive the right to meet and <br />negotiate regarding any and all terms and conditions of employment referred t� or <br />covered in ibis Agreement or with respect to any term or condition of employment not <br />specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement even though such ternis or <br />conditions may not have been within the knowledge or eontemplation of either or both <br />of the parties at the time this Agreement was negotiated or executed, <br />14 <br />
