Paybaoktime must be <br />satisfied before compensatory time off will be approved. <br />10.10 For the purpose of computing overtime compensation and/or compensatory time off, <br />Employees who are scheduled and aftend training on a scheduled day off and the <br />training is less than six hours, the Employee will earn compensatory time off or <br />overtime, <br />1011 Employees who are scheduled and attend tiaining on a scheduled day off and the <br />iraining is six hours or more, the Employee will eain "Training time off' at straight <br />time (hour for hour) Training time off must be used by the end of the calendar year, <br />11.2 <br />12,1 <br />ARTICLE 11: COURT TIME <br />An Employee who is required to appear in Court duringtheir scheduled off -duty time <br />shall receive aminimum of three (3) hours pay at one and one-half (P/2) times the <br />Employee's base pay rate. An extension or early reportto a regularly scheduled shift <br />for Court appearance does not qualify the Employee for the three (3) hour nilnimuni.. <br />An Employee who is requixed to appoai in court within twelve (12) hours of the end of <br />a scheduled sluff and within twelve (12) hours to the start of a scheduled shift shall <br />reoeive arninimum ofthree (3) hours pay at two (2) times the Brnployees base pay rate, <br />ARTICLE 12: STANDBY TIME <br />ifthe Employer iequires an Employee to standby, the Employee shall receive one <br />hundred dollars ($ 100.00) pay. If the Employee is called into court after being on <br />stan1by, he or she will fbrfeit the standby pay and shall receive the three (3) hour <br />minimum courtovertime payment instead. The Employer shall notify any Employee <br />on standby when said Employee is no longer on such duty. status. <br />
