<br /> <br />Public Works Superintendent Riemer provided an update on the construction of the new Public <br />Works Facility. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked what would happen to the old office and when a tour could be <br />completed by the Council. <br /> <br />Public Works Superintendent Riemer stated that he is not sure what will happen with the trailer. <br />th <br />He noted that a Council tour has been scheduled for May 18 at 5 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated that she was glad to hear that this is coming along under <br />budget and hoped that continues as this moves forward towards completion. <br /> <br />Public Works Superintendent Riemer stated that there was a large contingency for this project <br />and therefore it should remain under budget. He stated that most of the unknown costs occur <br />when working under the ground and that part of the project has been completed. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />rd <br />Alex Purinton, 5040 143 Lane NW, stated that he is present to speak about Titterude Park. He <br />noted that he has reached out to the parks staff but has not received a response. He commented <br />that while other parks are well maintained, this park does not provide a good representation of <br />Ramsey. He identified different maintenance issues that should be addressed related to the merry <br />go round and commented that the condition of the playground equipment is deteriorating. He <br />commented that the softball field behind the park also needs attention. He stated that if these issues <br />are not addressed, people may stop using the park. He requested that the Council consider an <br />upgrade or renovation for the park. He also provided photographs he has taken of the equipment <br />at the park. <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma thanked the resident for bringing his concerns to the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht thanked the resident for spending his time and energy gathering this <br />information and providing it to the Council. <br />4.
