She stated the proposed development is located north of <br />Btmkcr Lake Boulevard and west of the extension of Town Center Drive. <br /> <br />Associate l'lanncr Geisler stated the subject property is currently zoned Town Center-4a <br />Neighborhood District. She indicated this district allows for a mix of residential uses at a net <br />density up to 10 units per acre. She stated the overall site has a net density of 4.75 units per acre. <br />She stated the applicant has submitted architectural elevations representative of what will be built <br />in Ramscy Town Center 8th Addition. She indicated as the single family units will have a wide <br />variety ()t~ styles, it is not possible to provide architectural elevations of every unit.
