He indicated it would be a <br />{:ontracttml relationship between the developers and homeowner's associations and approved by <br />the <br /> <br />Com~nissioncr Van Scoy stated as he looks at the proposed layout, the common septic system <br />appears to be landlocked. <br /> <br />Associatc l'lanner Geisler stated they are proposing access from Wolverine. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy asked what happens to that land when the system is abandoned. <br /> <br />Associate I~lanncr Geisler stated when sewer is available and the system is properly abandoned <br />thc association would decide what to do with the land. She indicated it would belong to the <br />homeowncr' s association. <br /> <br />Mr. Slclner indicated it is a really odd shaped piece of land. He stated as the rest of Kelly Acres <br />becomes dcveloped there will be extra run-off, and the thought was to use the land as a storm <br />water ~]anagcment facility for Kelly Acres. <br /> <br />Con, missioner Van Scoy asked if a properly abandoned septic system would be an issue for use <br />as a storn] water run-off. <br /> <br />City l';nginccr Jankowski indicated it would not. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated the City would verify that if they approved any more <br />development on Kelly Acres. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/June 2, 2005 <br /> Page 8 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
