Strandlund:

The City of Ramsey sent a letter on September 2, 2004 requesting a remediation plan be prepared for the.
~ade problems on the lots listed above. We have not received a plan to date. The certificates of survey
and gradhng submitted for these properties do not conform to the plans approved by the City of Ramsey
for this subdivision. The city has requested that the property lines and easements be staked in preparation
for a meeting on site October 4, 2004 at 12:30pm. Your attendance at this meeting is required. The
purpose of the meeting is to view the conditions in the field and to assist the homeowners 'in.
understanding the impacts ofremediation on their yards.

The statute of limitation for new construction is 5 years, the city views the drainage problem as an issue
the builder needs to.resolve as part of their responsibility under the 5 year program.

Sincerely,
City of Ramsey

Civil Engineer II

CC:' Mayor & Council
Homeowners
