We have reviewed <br />your permit from a planning standpoint and found that we need a bit more information prior to a permit being issued. <br />Items Needed: <br />1. Site Plan <br />a. Site plan must show 5 parking stalls for each sales office space <br />b. Site plan must show pavement in front of the newly proposed overhead door space <br />2. Property currently has some vehicles triple stacked and parked off of the pavement. The site will need to be <br />cleaned up prior to permit issuance. <br />I tried calling your office to connect on these items but got your voicemail which directed me to your email.
