Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated any number of ways could be beneficial for the <br />Commission to help out. He was not requesting help of the commission but information could <br />be forwarded to staff for inclusion in the plan. <br /> <br />Councihnember Cook liked continuity throughout and thought bullet points could be forwarded <br />to Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood for insertion. <br /> <br />Councihnember Cook stated the information should go from the Master Trail Plan to workable <br />maps residents can use. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook commended the Commission for their continuing work on the Master <br />Trail Plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson stated twenty years ago he was opposed to trails because he did not <br />think there was enough development in the City but now he likes the idea of trails because it <br />connects the City together. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook updated the Commission on the plans for the City in regards to <br />developments and transportation. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns stated they ultimately want to identify another community park in the north <br />part of the City. <br /> <br />COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Pontius, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission/June 9, 2005 <br /> Page 9 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
