Council member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 05-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH BUSINESS PARK <br />3rd ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied fi)r final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />I.ots 1, Block 2, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota . <br /> <br />~ or upon recording - <br /> <br />Ix)ts 1, :2 and 3, and Outlot A, Sunfish Lake Business Park 3rd Addition <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on July <br />7, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment <br />Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey and the individual developers of each lot. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Business Park 3~d <br /> Addition contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 21, 2005, and in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the fbllowing abstained: <br />and the l'bllowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 26th day of July, 2005. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
