In accordance with the City Engineer's comments at the time of sketch <br />plan review, an easement will be dedicated for the MPCA storm sewer that will be relocated <br />fi'om thc center of the west half of the plat to the north and west boundaries of the proposed Lots <br />1 and 2. The existence of an easement over the current MPCA storm sewer alignment is being <br />researched.
