The l'lanning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the request on July 7, 2005. <br />One neighbor stated that he has no objection to completing the grading project, but requested that. <br />the applicant be more mindful of the permit terms regarding dust control and keeping the streets <br />clean. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the 90 day permit, noting that no further <br />exporting of' soils may occur until the issues resulting from the City Engineers inspection have <br />been resolved. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt <br />Resolution #05-07- adopting Findings of Fact relating to Eric Thomsen's request for a <br />conditional use permit to grade and export soils. <br /> <br />~ [1 n d - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt <br />Resolution #05-07- approving Eric Thomsen's request for a Conditional Use Permit for <br />grading and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />-O1'- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council deny Eric Thomsen's request for a conditional use <br />permit to grade and export soils based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />CC: 07/26/05 <br /> <br /> <br />
