'['he submitted grading and drainage plan needs to be modified to accommodate increased <br />stormwater runoff on the site, and to verify that runoff will not impact adjacent <br />properties. A revised plan must be submitted. <br /> <br />City Code specifies that exterior wall finishes shall consist of natural or prefabricated <br />brick or stone or pre-cast concrete panels or some other material approved by City <br />Council.
