CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PER1VIIT <br />TJ ASSOCIATES PRINTING, INC. <br /> <br />()n July 26, 2005, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to TJ Associates <br />Printing, Inc. ("Permittee"), whose address is 6441 140th Court, Ramsey, MN 55303, to construct a <br />10,030-squarc-£oot building expansion ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as <br />I"ollows: <br /> <br />l~ot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Gateway Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {~9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />lbllows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. Ail building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal prepared by Lampert Architects dated June 6, 2005 and Grading Plan <br />prepared by Plowe Engineering dated July 17, 2005, revised <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Phm. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering. <br />b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways. <br />c. Installation of storm sewer. <br />d. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the Site <br /> Plan. <br />e. Installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. <br />f. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan <br /> prepared by Lampert Architects. <br /> <br />("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on <br />the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />6. LI(;IITING. Lighting shall be installed on the site in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
