CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PER1VIIT TJ ASSOCIATES PRINTING, INC. ()n July 26, 2005, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to TJ Associates Printing, Inc. ("Permittee"), whose address is 6441 140th Court, Ramsey, MN 55303, to construct a 10,030-squarc-£oot building expansion ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as I"ollows: l~ot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Gateway Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to {~9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as lbllows: STRUCTURE. Ail building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan submittal prepared by Lampert Architects dated June 6, 2005 and Grading Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering dated July 17, 2005, revised REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Phm. The Required Improvements are as follows: a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering. b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways. c. Installation of storm sewer. d. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the Site Plan. e. Installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. f. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan prepared by Lampert Architects. ("Required Improvements)". o FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. 6. LI(;IITING. Lighting shall be installed on the site in accordance with City Code.
